TASTY DESSERT WHEAT

Necessary products:

  • 250 g ARRIVA wheat or GREEN LINE wheat
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 tea spoon cinnamon
  • Bark of 1 large lemon
  • 100 g powdered sugar (better vanilla)
  • 100 g chopped nuts
  • 50 g biscuits

Method of preparation:

Cook the wheat in a saucepan over low heat until soft.

The wheat is boiled in a ratio of 1/3 in favor of water.When the wheat is ready, remove it from the stove and,as it is slammed with a lid, leave it in the pan until it is taken up with the remaining water for about 30 minutes.

If there is still water in the pan, pour it and spread the wheat on a towel or sheet.

They will absorb the remaining moisture from it and the cereals themselves will not clump together.

Let it stand for 2-3 hours.Return the wheat to a mixing bowl and add to it other products.

You mix it carefully and the wheat is ready.Optionally, pomegranate, dried or fresh blueberries can be added

Meatballs with tomato sauce
Products

For the meatballs:

500 g of minced meat mixture
1 onion
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt (if the minced meat is unsalted)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
½ Parsley connection
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
Oval flour
Frying oil
For the sauce:

1 bottle of mashed tomatoes #Arriva
1 carrot
1 onion
5-6 tbsp. oil or olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
½ Parsley connection
1 tsp sol
1-2 tsp sugar
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped half a head of onion and parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, black pepper and salt (if necessary) and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour (maybe more). From the prepared minced meat we form meatballs and roll them in flour. Fry in oil until golden on both sides.

Pour the oil into a saucepan or deep frying pan. When hot, pour the other half of the onion, finely chopped and garlic, stew for 4-5 minutes, add the finely chopped carrot and stew for another minute or two. Add the mashed tomatoes and mix well. Add salt and sugar and bring the sauce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes. When the sauce is ready, remove from the heat and add the flour, beaten in water, stirring constantly so that it does not form lumps. Return the sauce to the hob and carefully place the meatballs in the sauce. Cook for 20-30 minutes and remove from heat. Add the finely chopped parsley and stir.

Serve in a deep dish and sprinkle with parsley and / or finely chopped fresh onions
