Pancakes from corn flour and bananas.
Products: 2 cup Arriva corn flour, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. Sodium bicarbonate, 1p. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 bananas, butter.
Method of preparation: First mix all dry ingredients and stir them. In another bowl, mix the eggs, fresh milk, water and bananas. Mix dry and wet ingredients. If necessary, add more water or milk. Bake in a pan. Smear the ready pancakes with a little melted cow butter while still warm, so they will become shiny and even more aromatic.
